Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased from www.up-glaze.com in the last 30 days
The product is in its original packaging
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
If ordering multiple bottles (such as a 2 or 3 pack), and you are not satisfied, please request your return after/during the first bottle so that you may return the remaining closed bottles for restocking on our end.
Products that do not meet these criteria will be subject to the consideration of Up Glaze for refund.
Refunds requested for Shopee sales or any distributor/third party sellers must be dealt with via the respective channel or distributor.
The 30 day refund term is only for purchases made from our online store at www.up-glaze.com.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non- refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Up Glaze.
Orders typically go out within 25-36 hours of order placement.
Your order will receive within 7 days for West Malaysia customer & within 20 days for East Malaysia customer.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items can be refunded.
